CogNative Games builds mobile apps and generates video content for social media. Our services include:

Our apps, content, branding, and generated media are owned by or licensed to CogNative Games. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission. That said, sharing our content via standard social media features (likes, shares, reposts with attribution) is always fine.
Our mobile apps may offer in-app purchases. All transactions are processed by Apple's App Store (or Google Play, where applicable). We do not see or store your payment details. Refunds are handled by the platform you purchased from per their policies.
Our services integrate with third-party providers (analytics, advertising, payment processing, LLM APIs, social media platforms, stock media services). We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your interaction with them.
We build things because we enjoy it, but we make no guarantees. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CogNative Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost data, lost revenue, or downtime — even if we've been advised of the possibility.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. We operate from California and this is where any disputes will be resolved.
